摘要
简要介绍了聚酰胺6(PA6)晶体形态的类型及其衍变,系统总结了PA6结晶相关的研究进展及拉伸应变过程对PA6晶型转变和微观结构的相互影响。讨论了目前研究成果对双向拉伸聚酰胺(BOPA)薄膜生产的指导作用和BOPA未来发展的前景。
The types and evolution of polyamide 6(PA6)crystal morphology were introduced briefly.The research progress related to PA6 crystallization and the interplay of tensile strain process on PA6 crystal transformation and micro-structure were systematically summarized.The guiding effect of the current research results on the actual production of BOPA(biaxially oriented polyamide)film and the future development prospect of BOPA were discussed.
