基于FDM的可溶性支撑材料打印及溶解工艺研究

摘要 讨论了聚乙烯醇(PVA)作为水溶性载体材料,在熔融沉积成型(FDM)三维打印中用于复杂的或镂空产品的支撑部分的应用。首先介绍了PVA材料在FDM打印挤出的难点,然后使用自主研制的PVA材料作为研究对象,通过设计不同的实验方案,优化PVA作为支撑材料的最佳打印参数等。实验采用双喷头FDM打印设备,以丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)作为基体材料,通过改变挤出温度、打印平台温度、水溶剂温度和浸泡时间4个参数,优化了PVA与ABS结合打印参数和溶解参数,得到PVA材料的最佳打印温度范围195~205℃,打印平台温度为110~120℃,最适宜水溶剂温度范围85~94℃。 The application of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as a water-soluble carrier material in the support of complex or hollow products in FDM three-dimensional printing was discussed.Firstly, the difficulties of printing and extruding PVA material in FDM were introduced.Then, the self-developed PVA material was used as the research object, and the optimal printing parameters of PVA as the support material were optimized by designing different experimental schemes.In the experiment, the printing parameters and dissolution parameters of PVA-ABS were optimized by changing the extrusion temperature, printing platform temperature, water solvent temperature and soaking time.The optimal printing temperature range of PVA is 195~205 ℃,the printing platform temperature range is 110~120 ℃,and the optimum temperature range of water solvent is 85~94 ℃.
