摘要
以可膨胀石墨/甲基膦酸二甲酯体系为基础,引入3种典型的聚磷酸盐阻燃剂:聚磷酸铵(APP)、焦磷酸哌嗪(PAPP)和三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(MPP),制备了聚磷酸盐/磷酸酯/可膨胀石墨三元阻燃硬质聚氨酯泡沫(RPUF)材料。探究了典型聚磷酸盐对阻燃硬质聚氨酯泡沫材料阻燃性能的提效作用,对燃烧性能和物理力学性能进行了分析。在3种聚磷酸盐提高极限氧指数和降低热释放作用的比较中,APP<PAPP<MPP;在抑烟性能方面,APP起到负面作用,而PAPP和MPP均能够降低烟和一氧化碳的释放。同时,3种聚磷酸盐的加入不会明显改变阻燃RPUF的表观密度、导热系数和压缩强度。
Based on the expandable graphite/dimethyl methyl phosphonate system,three typical polyphosphate flame retardants,ammonium polyphosphate(APP),piperazine pyrophosphate(PAPP)and melamine polyphosphate(MPP)were introduced to prepare flame-retardant rigid polyurethane foams(RPUF).The improvement effect of typical polyphosphates on flame retardant properties of rigid polyurethane foam was investigated.In the comparison of three polyphosphates in increasing limit oxygen index and decreasing heat release,it finds that APP<PAPP<MPP.APP has a negative effect on smoke suppression performance,while PAPP and MPP can reduce the release of smoke and carbon monoxide.Meanwhile,the apparent density,thermal conductivity and compressive strength of RPUF are not significantly changed by the addition of three kinds of polyphosphates.
