摘要
依据颜色互补原理,以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为基材,黄颜料为蓝光吸收剂,制备具有屏蔽蓝光特性的PVA基功能薄膜。通过调控黄颜料的种类和含量,研究了不同种类的黄颜料对蓝光屏蔽性能和薄膜透光率的影响。研究发现,耐晒黄的蓝光屏蔽性能最佳,且当其含量为0.5%时,蓝光屏蔽性能达到饱和状态。
According to the principle of color complementarity,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)was applied as the substrate and yellow pigment as the blue light absorber in this work,a PVA-based functional film with the character of shielding blue light could be prepared.By adjusting the type and content of yellow pigments,the effects of different types of yellow pigments on blue light shielding performance and film transmittance were studied.The study shows that the blue light shielding performance of fast yellow is the best,and when its content is 0.5%,the blue light shielding performance could reach a saturated state.
