摘要
采用碱性蚀刻液与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)发生水解反应的化学蚀刻方法对遮光片内孔壁进行消光处理,实验设置预实验和正交试验法,在高温条件下进行预实验对PET膜进行蚀刻,再对遮光片进行消光。通过分光光度计检测PET膜的透光率,扫描电子显微镜观察经过蚀刻后的遮光片是否呈现出凹凸雾面状态。结果表明,预实验中氢氧化钠溶液蚀刻后的PET膜较氢氧化钠与碳酸钠混合液蚀刻后PET膜透光率低,且氢氧化钠与碳酸钠混合液蚀刻的PET膜透光率较原PET膜的透光率相差不大,且经氢氧化钠蚀刻后的遮光片内孔壁呈现凹凸雾面状态。当蚀刻液为氢氧化钠溶液,反应温度为80℃,反应时间为15 min时,遮光片的内孔壁雾面程度越大,消光效果最佳。
The chemical etching method of hydrolysis reaction between alkaline etching solution and polyethylene terephthalate(PET)was used to carry out extinction treatment on the inner pore wall of the visor.The experimental settings were pre-experiment and orthogonal experiment.The PET film was etched by pre-experiment at high temperature,and then the visor was dimmed.The light transmittance of PET film was detected by spectrophotometer,and scanning electron microscope was used to observe whether the shaded film after etching showed concave and convex fog surface.The results show that the light transmittance of PET film etched with sodium hydroxide solution is lower than that of PET film etched with sodium hydroxide/sodium carbonate mixture solution,and the latter film has similar light transmittance to the original PET film.and after the NaOH etching the shade of the inner hole wall presents state of concave and convex mist.When the etching solution is NaOH solution,the reaction temperature is 80℃,and the reaction time is 15 min,the greater the fog degree of the inner hole wall of the block,the best extinction effect could be obtained.
