由于天然砂的逐步匮乏,机制砂开始逐渐替代天然砂成为混凝土的必备材料之一。受各方面因素影响,市场上的机制砂质量良莠不齐,如何通过科学有效的方法对机制砂混凝土的质量进行控制就显得尤为重要。文章通过机制砂的各项指标波动对混凝土各项性能的影响进行试验,找出相应的规律与临界值,以便于混凝土的施工控制。

Due to the gradual shortage of natural sand,machine-made sand began to gradually replace natural sand as one of the necessary materials for concrete.Affected by various factors,the quality of manufactured sand varies in the market,how to control the quality of manufactured sand concrete by scientific and effective methods is particularly important.In this paper,the influence of the fluctuation of the index of machine-made sand on the properties of concrete is tested,and the corresponding law and critical value are found out,so as to control the construction of concrete.
