摘要 南京某大型商业综合体12#楼地下3层,地上5层,建筑高度为27.6 m,属超限高层建筑。主体结构存在扭转不规则、楼板不连续、转换梁柱、斜柱等多项不规则,根据项目特点进行了小震弹性时程分析、静力弹塑性分析,对局部大跨楼盖进行了舒适度分析,对关键构件进行了性能化设计,并提出了相应的抗震加强措施,保证结构安全可靠。 12#commercial complex in Nanjing has three floors underground and five floors above the ground.The building height is 27.6m.It is an overrun high-rise building.There are many irregularities in the main structure,such as torsion irregularity,floor discontinuity,Transfer beam-column,inclined column,etc.According to the characteristics of the project,elastic time history analysis of small earthquakes and pushover analysis are carried out,the comfort analysis of local large-span floor and the performance-based design of key components are carried out,and the corresponding seismic strengthening measures are put forward to ensure the safety and reliability of the structure.
