摘要 本工程结构高度173.60 m,属于超B级高度的超限高层建筑,采用剪力墙结构体系,其高宽比大于6。针对结构高度和高宽比超限情况,采用抗震性能设计,计算上对结构进行了小震、中震、大震作用下的计算分析,计算结果和规范限值的对比表明,结构各项指标满足规范抗震设计要求,符合抗震性能目标;构造上结合计算分析结果,采取了针对性的加强措施以确保结构安全可靠。 The height of the structure of the project is 173.60m,which belongs to the over-limit high-rise building with the super B height.The shear wall structure system is adopted,and the ratio of height to width is greater than 6.In view of the exceeding height and height-width ratio of the structure,the aseismic performance design is adopted.The calculation and analysis of the structure under the action of small earthquake,medium earthquake and large earthquake are carried out.The comparison between the calculation results and the limit value of the code shows that each index of the structure meets the requirements of the code aseismic design and meets the aseismic performance target.Combined with the results of calculation and analysis,some specific strengthening measures are taken to ensure the safety and reliability of the structure.
