"双创"时代,创新创业成为高校人才培养目标的重要组成部分,以创业带动就业也就成为国家和高校解决大学生就业问题的主要价值导向。在功利化社会环境的影响下,重智轻劳思想使教育教学体系一味强调对科学文化知识的追求。学生全面发展理应德智体美劳五育均衡,将劳动教育充分融入高等学校就业创业教育实践教学框架体系的构建环节,充分发挥劳动教育在高校发展中对于大学生成长成才的重要作用,既符合教育教学规律,又顺应了当前教育发展的新要求和新形势。

In the era of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,innovation and entrepreneurship become an important component of the talent training goal of colleges and universities.Driving employment by entrepreneurship has become the main value guide for the country and colleges to solve the employment problem of college students.Under the influence of a utilitarian social environment,the thought of wisdom over labor makes the education and teaching system blindly emphasize the pursuit of scientific and cultural knowledge.The all-round development of students should be balanced between moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor education,fully integrate labor education into the construction of the practical teaching framework system of employment and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities,and give full play to the important role of labor education in the development of colleges and universities.It not only conforms to the law of education and teaching,but also conforms to the new requirements and new situation of current education development.
