急性脑卒中吞咽障碍患者实施早期康复护理的效果

Effect of the Implement of Early Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Acute Stroke Dysphagia

目的:观察急性脑卒中吞咽障碍患者实施早期康复护理的效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年1月揭阳市人民医院收治的100例急性脑卒中吞咽障碍患者。采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为护理组与对照组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理干预,护理组在对照组的基础上实施早期康复护理。观察两组护理效果,护理前后吞咽功能、负性情绪、生活质量及护理满意度。结果:护理组总有效率(96.00%)高于对照组(72.00%)(P<0.05);护理前两组吞咽功能、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、情绪、躯体、角色、社会功能、整体生活质量评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,护理组吞咽功能评分及SDS、SAS评分均显著低于护理前及对照组(P<0.05),护理组情绪、躯体、角色、社会功能、整体生活质量评分均显著高于护理前及对照组(P<0.05);护理组护理总满意度(90.00%)高于对照组(68.00%)(P<0.05)。结论:急性脑卒中吞咽障碍患者实施早期康复护理的效果显著,有利于改善患者吞咽功能,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,还可有效提高患者生活质量及其对护理工作的满意度,使护理工作得以延续。

Objective:To observe the effect of the implement of early rehabilitation nursing in patients with acute stroke dysphagia.Method:A total of 100 patients with acute stroke dysphagia admitted to Jieyang People’s Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected.All patients were divided into nursing group and control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing intervention,and the nursing group carried out early rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect,swallowing function,negative emotion,quality of life before and after nursing,nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Result:The total effective rate in the nursing group (96.00%) was higher than that in the control group (72.00%) (P<0.05);before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of swallowing function,self-rating depression scale (SDS),self-rating anxiety scale (SAS),emotion,body,role,social function,overall quality of life in the two groups (P>0.05),after nursing,the scores of swallowing function,SDS and SAS of the nursing group were significantly lower than those before nursing and control group (P<0.05),and the scores of emotion,body,role,social function,overall quality of life of the nursing group were significantly higher than those before nursing and control group (P<0.05);the total satisfaction of nursing in nursing group (90.00%) was higher than that in control group (68.00%) (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of early rehabilitation nursing for patients with acute stroke dysphagia is significant,which is beneficial to improve the patients’ swallowing function,relieve anxiety,depression emotions,and can effectively improve the patients’ quality of life and they satisfaction for nursing work,so that the nursing work can be continued.
