乳腔镜联合微整形在乳腺纤维腺瘤手术中的应用

Application of Breast Endoscopy and Microsurgery in Operation of Breast Fiber Adenoma

目的:探讨乳腔镜联合微整形在乳腺纤维腺瘤手术中应用的可行性。方法:选取2020年1-12月在南方科技大学医院拟行乳腺纤维腺瘤切除手术的患者160例,按入院先后单双号将患者分为两组,每组80例。观察组采用乳腔镜联合微整形手术,对照组采用传统乳晕切口手术。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症发生率、乳房外形满意度。结果:观察组的术中出血量、术后并发症发生率、乳房外形满意度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:乳腔镜联合微整形运用于乳腺纤维腺瘤手术中,能达到术中出血少,并发症发生率低、切口位置更隐蔽,更好地满足患者的美容需求等效果,值得推广。

Objective:To discuss the feasibility of breast endoscopy and microsurgery in operation of breast fiber adenoma.Method:A total of 160 breast fiber adenoma patients who were planned to receive breast fiber adenoma resection in Southern University of Science and Technology Hospital from January to December 2020 were selected,they were divided into two groups according to odd and even numbers,80 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with breast endoscopy surgery and microsurgery,the control group was treated with ring areola incision.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,incidence of complications,breast appearance satisfaction were compared between two groups.Result:The intraoperative blood loos,incidence of complications,breast appearance satisfaction in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Application of breast endoscopy and microsurgery in breast fiber adenoma surgery has less intraoperative blood loss,fewer complications,more hidden incision location,which can meet the esthetic needs of patients,so it is worthy of popularization and application.
