临床药师参与重点监控药品管理的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Clinical Pharmacists Participating in Key Monitoring Drug Management

目的:研究在重点监控药品管理中加入临床药师医嘱点评后,药物合理使用率及不合理用药发生率的变化情况。方法:选取2020年1-12月江门市第二人民医院收治的患者600例作为试验组,采取临床药师参与重点监控药品管理。选取2019年1-12月收治的患者600例作为对照组,临床药师未参与重点监控药品的管理。比较两组药物合理使用率及不合理用药发生率。结果:试验组各类药物的合理使用率均明显高于对照组,各类型不合理用药的发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重点监控药品管理中加入临床药师医嘱点评后,可以改善药物不合理使用情况,确保用药安全。

Objective:To study the change of rational drug use rate and irrational drug use rate after adding clinical pharmacist's order review in key monitoring drug management.Methods:Six hundreds patients admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Jiangmen City from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the experimental group,in which clinical pharmacists participated in the management of key monitoring drugs.Another 600 patients admitted from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as control group,in which clinical pharmacists were not involved in the management of key monitoring drugs.The rational drug use rate and irrational drug use rate of the two groups were compared.Results:The rational use rate of various drugs in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of various types of irrational drug use was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After adding the review of clinical pharmacist's orders to the key monitoring drug management,it can improve the irrational drug use and ensure the safety of drugs.
