肝动脉栓塞化疗术结合小分子靶向治疗晚期肝癌患者的效果与安全性

Effect and Safety of Hepatic Artery Embolization Chemotherapy Combined with Small Molecule Targeted Therapy in Patients with Advanced Liver Cancer

目的:分析晚期肝癌患者实施肝动脉栓塞化疗术结合小分子靶向治疗的效果与安全性。方法:2017年1月-2019年1月广州市第十二人民医院收治晚期肝癌患者60例,根据抽签法分为两组,各30例。对照组实施肝动脉栓塞化疗,观察组实施肝动脉栓塞化疗结合小分子靶向治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率及血清甲胎蛋白降低率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:晚期肝癌患者实施肝动脉栓塞化疗术结合小分子靶向治疗的效果显著,并且不良反应发生率较低。

Objective:To analyze the effect and safety of hepatic artery embolization chemotherapy combined with small molecule targeted therapy in patients with advanced liver cancer.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,60 patients with advanced liver cancer who were admitted to the Twelfth People's Hospital of Guangzhou City were divided into the two groups according to the lottery method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received hepatic artery embolization chemotherapy.The observation group received hepatic artery embolization chemotherapy combined with small molecule targeted therapy.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment and the reduction rate of serum alpha-fetoprotein in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of hepatic artery embolization chemotherapy combined with small molecule targeted therapy in patients with advanced liver cancer is significant,and the incidence of adverse reactions is relatively low.
