输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术后口服排石汤疗效分析

Analysis on Curative Effect of Oral Paishi Decoction After Flexible Ureteroscope Holmium Laser Lithotripsy

目的:分析输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术后口服排石汤的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年12月江苏省宜兴市中医医院行输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术患者113例,随机分为观察组和对照组,分别为50例和63例,观察组术后口服排石汤,对照组术后自然排石,比较两组患者结石清石率、腰痛不适症状和生活质量。结果:观察组结石清石率及总改善率均高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后腰痛不适评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的生活质量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术后口服排石汤临床效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of oral Paishi decoction after flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy.Methods:One hundred and thirteen patients who underwent flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Yixing City of Jiangsu Province from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,including 50 cases and 63 cases,respectively.Observation group received oral Paishi decoction after operation;control group had natural stone removal after operation.The stone removal rate,low back pain and discomfort symptoms and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The stone removal rate and total improvement rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of low back pain and discomfort in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the quality of life of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of oral Paishi decoction after flexible ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy is significant.
