眩晕宁治疗前庭性偏头痛的效果观察

Effect Observation of Xuanyunning on Vestibular Migraine

目的:探究眩晕宁治疗前庭性偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:2020年5月-2021年5月南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院收治前庭偏头痛患者100例,随机分为两组,每组50例。对照组应用维生素B_(1)治疗,研究组采用眩晕宁片治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗后视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用眩晕宁治疗前庭性偏头痛临床效果显著,有利于改善患者临床症状,且不良反应发生率低。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Xuanyunning in the treatment of vestibular migraine.Methods:From May 2020 to May 2021,100 patients with vestibular migraine who were admitted to the Drum Tower Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University Medical School were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with vitamin B_(1);the study group was treated with Xuanyunning tablets.The treatment effects between the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the visual analogue scale score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Xuanyunning in the treatment of vestibular migraine is significant,which is beneficial to improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
