中药穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆在老年高血压性失眠症患者护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Acupoint Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Auricular Bean Pressing in Nursing of Elderly Patients with Hypertensive Insomnia

目的:探讨中药穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆在老年高血压性失眠症患者护理中的应用效果。方法:2019年4月-2021年3月开平市中医院收治老年高血压失眠患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。两组均行常规高血压治疗;对照组给予常规治疗和护理;观察组采用中药穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆护理。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组干预后焦虑、抑郁自测评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后收缩压、平均舒张压、脉压及24 h收缩压变异性水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后睡眠质量指数各项评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆在老年高血压性失眠症患者护理中的应用效果显著,能在有效降压的同时改善患者睡眠质量,并改善患者焦虑抑郁情绪。

Objective:To explore the application effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular bean pressing in nursing of elderly patients with hypertensive insomnia.Methods:One hundred and twenty elderly patients with hypertensive insomnia who were treated in Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital of Kaiping City from April 2019 to March 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.Both groups received routine hypertension treatment;Control group was given conventional therapy and nursing;Observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with articular bean pressing nursing.The effect of intervention was compared between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores after the intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the levels of systolic blood pressure,mean diastolic blood pressure,pulse pressure difference and 24-h systolic blood pressure variability in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of sleep quality index in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular bean pressing in nursing of elderly patients with hypertensive insomnia is significant,it can improve patients'sleep quality,anxiety and depression mood while effectively reducing blood pressure.
