中医辨治方案与奥司他韦治疗流感咳嗽轻症临床疗效比较

Comparison of Clinical Efficacy of TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment Scheme and Oseltamivir for Treatment of Mild Influenza Cough

目的:研究中医辨治方案与奥司他韦西治疗流感咳嗽轻症的安全性及临床疗效。方法:2020年4月-2021年3月收治流感咳嗽轻症患者120例,按治疗方法不同分为两组(各60例)。试验组采取中医辨治方案治疗,对照组采取奥司他韦西药抗流感病毒治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗3、5、7 d的症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,各项症状消除时间及不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:流感咳嗽轻症采取中医辨治方案的疗效更为确切,可快速、有效消除患者各种症状,且不良反应较少。

Objective:To explore the safety and clinical efficacy of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment scheme and oseltamivir in the treatment of mild influenza cough.Methods:From April 2020 to March 2022,120 patients with mild influenza cough were treated and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods(with 60 cases in each group).The experimental group was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.The control group was treated with oseltamivir anti-influenza virus therapy.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:In the experimental group,the symptom scores after 3 days,5 days and 7 days of treatment were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group,and the elimination time of various symptoms and the incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment scheme for mild influenza cough is more accurate,which can quickly and effectively eliminate various symptoms of patients with less adverse reactions.
