连续性血液净化对ICU脓毒症患者血清指标的影响分析

Effect of Continuous Blood Purification on Serum Indexes in ICU Patients with Sepsis

目的:分析ICU脓毒症患者应用连续性血液净化治疗对血清指标水平的影响。方法:选取2017年6月-2021年6月东营市东营区人民医院ICU脓毒症患者60例,随机抽签法分为两组,各30例。对照组给予常规治疗措施,研究组给予连续性血液净化治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗后血清乳酸、降钙素原、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后凝血酶原时间、纤维蛋白原、国际标准化比值等凝血功能指标水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组ICU治疗时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ICU脓毒症患者应用连续性血液净化治疗,可对炎性反应有效抑制,加快康复速度的同时,改善预后,具有较高的可行性。

Objective:To explore the effect of continuous blood purification on serum indexes in ICU patients with sepsis.Methods:Sixty patients with sepsis in ICU,People's Hospital of Dongying District of Dongying City,from June 2017 to June 2021 were divided into two groups by the random lotting method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment.The study group was treated with continuous blood purification.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:In the study group,the levels of serum lactic acid,procalcitonin,C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-αafter treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the levels of prothrombin time,fibrinogen,international normalized ratio and other coagulation function indexes after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the ICU treatment time was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of continuous blood purification in ICU patients with sepsis can effectively inhibit the inflammatory response,accelerate the recovery speed and improve the prognosis,which has high feasibility.
