摘要
目的:分析在护理技术培训过程中应用PDCA循环法的效果。方法:选取2018年9月-2019年8月医院护理人员60例,根据培训方法的差异性分为两组,各30例。对照组采取传统的护理培训方法;研究组采取PDCA管理循环的护理培训方法。比较两组应用效果。结果:研究组理论成绩及实践操作成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理差错率及医护纠纷率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组科室对护理人员护理操作满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在护理技术培训过程中应用PDCA循环法,能够提高护理人员专业能力,提升护理人员的综合素质和修养,有助于和谐医护关系的建立。
Objective:To analyze the effect of applying the PDCA cycle method in the process of nursing technical training.Method:From September 2018 to August 2019,60 hospital nurses were selected,and they were divided into the two groups according to the difference in training methods,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional nursing training method.The study group adopted the PDCA management cycle method for nursing training.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The theoretical performance and practical performance of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing error rate and doctor-nurse dispute rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the nursing staff in the study group's departments was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the PDCA cycle method in the process of nursing technical training can improve the professional ability of nursing staff,enhance the comprehensive quality and accomplishment of nursing staff,and help establish a harmonious doctor-nurse relationship.
