优质护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用效果观察

Observation on Application Effect of High-quality Nursing in Nursing Children with Infantile Pneumonia

目的:观察优质护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年4月-2021年4月监利市第二人民医院收治的小儿肺炎患者158例,随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各79例。对照组接受常规护理,研究组患儿接受优质护理。比较两组患儿症状消失时间、住院期间并发症及护理风险事件发生率、住院时长及患儿家属对护理的满意度。结果:研究组患儿症状消失时间、住院时长与对照组相比更短,研究组患儿治疗住院期间并发症及护理风险事件发生率更低,研究组患儿家属对护理的总满意率更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用优质护理作为干预手段,可以较为明显地缩短患儿治疗后相关症状的消失时间,缩短住院时间,获得较高的患儿家属对护理的满意度,效果理想。

Objective:To observe the application effect analysis of high-quality nursing in the nursing of children with infantile pneumonia.Methods:A total of 158 patients diagnosed with infantile pneumonia who were admitted to our hospital(from April 2019 to April 2021)were randomLy divided into groups,of which 79 childrenreceived routine care as the control group,and the other 79 children received high-quality nursing care as the study group.The time of symptom disappearance,the incidence of complications and nursing risk events during hospitalization and the length of hospitalization were compared between the two groups of children,as well as the satisfaction rate of the children's family members was also compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the symptom disappearance time of the children in the study group was shorter,and the incidence of complications and nursing risk events during the treatment and hospitalization of the children in the study group was lower.In addition,the length of hospitalization was shorter,and the overall satisfaction rate of the children and their families in the study group was higher,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high-quality nursing interventions can significantly shorten the disappearance time of related symptoms in children after treatment,shorten the length of hospitalization,and obtain a higher satisfaction rate ofnursing care by children and their families,with ideal results.
