目标导向性健康宣教措施在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用

Application of Goal-Oriented Health Education Measures in Patients with Gestational Diabetes

目的:探讨目标导向性健康宣教措施在妊娠期糖尿病患者中的应用。方法:2020年1-12月收治妊娠期糖尿病患者110例,随机分为两组,各55例。对照组使用常规健康教育,观察组使用目标导向性健康宣教措施,比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组干预后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自我健康管理率明显高于对照组,不良妊娠结局发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:目标导向性健康宣教措施在妊娠期糖尿病患者中应用效果显著,能提高自我健康管理水平,增强对血糖的控制效果,改善心理状态,降低不良妊娠结局发生率。

Objective:To explore the application of goal-oriented health education measures in patients with gestational diabetes.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2020,110 patients with gestational diabetes were selected and randomLy divided into the two groups,with 55 cases in each group.The control group used routine health education.The observation group used goal-oriented health education measures.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-health management rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was significantly lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Hamilton anxiety scale score and Hamilton depression scale score of the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The goal-oriented health education measures have a significant application effect in patients with gestational diabetes,which can improve the level of self-health management,enhance the effect of controlling blood glucose,improve the psychological state,and reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
