曲伏前列素治疗原发性开角型青光眼效果观察

Effect observation of travoprost on patients with primary open-angle glaucoma

目的探讨曲伏前列素治疗原发性开角型青光眼(Primary open-angle glaucoma,POAG)的效果。方法选择本院2020年5月至2021年6月收治的POAG患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组使用马来酸噻吗洛尔治疗,观察组使用曲伏前列素治疗。两组均连续治疗1个月。比较两组患者治疗前后视功能,血清内皮素-1(ET-1)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)、基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子-2(TIMP-2)水平,血流动力学及治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后两组视野光敏感度、视力水平均升高,且观察组高于对照组;两组视野平均缺损、血清ET-l、MMP、TIMP-2及高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、Hct水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(均P<0.05);两组患者在治疗期间的不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论曲伏前列素可有效抑制POAG患者眼部细胞基质的破坏,减轻眼部血管内皮损伤,改善血液黏稠度,减轻视神经损害,恢复视功能,且安全性良好。

Objective To investigate the effect of travoprost on patients with POAG.Methods A total of 60 patients with POAG treated in our hospital from May 2020 to June 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with timolol maleate and the observation group was treated with travoprost.Both groups were treated continuously for 1 month.The visual function,the levels of serum ET-l,MMP and TIMP-2,hemodynamics and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with before treatment,the visual field light sensitivity and visual acuity of the two groups increased after treatment,and the observation group was higher than those of the control group;the average visual field defect,serum ET-1,MMP,TIMP-2,high shear whole blood viscosity,low shear whole blood viscosity and Hct levels decreased after treatment,and the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Travoprost can effectively inhibit the destruction of ocular cell matrix,reduce ocular vascular endothelial injury,improve blood viscosity,reduce optic nerve damage and restore visual function in patients with POAG.
