摘要
目的研究Wnt信号中分泌型蛋白DKK1在宫颈癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用逆转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)检测30例宫颈癌组织和癌旁正常组织中DKK1 mRNA的表达量。采用免疫组化方法检测60例宫颈癌组织蜡块和30例正常宫颈组织蜡块中DKK1蛋白表达水平,并分析其表达与宫颈癌患者的临床病理特征的关系。结果DKK1在宫颈癌组织中的表达低于癌旁组织和正常宫颈组织(P<0.05),其表达与临床病理分期、组织分化程度、有无淋巴结转移及浸润深度密切相关(P<0.05)。结论DKK1在宫颈癌中低表达,在宫颈癌的发生发展中起到促进作用。
Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of Wnt signal secretory protein DKK1 in cervical cancer.Methods Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)was used to detect the expression of DKK1 mRNA in 30 pairs of cervical cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues.The expression of DKK1 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry in 60 cases of cervical cancer and 30 cases of normal cervical tissue,and the relationship between the expression and clinicopathological characteristics of cervical cancer was analyzed.Results The expression of DKK1 in cervical cancer tissues was lower than that in adjacent tissues and normal cervical tissues(P<0.05).The expression of DKK1 was closely related to clinicopathological stage,tissue differentiation,lymph node metastasis and depth of invasion(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of DKK1 is low in cervical cancer and plays an important role in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
