煤矿城市经济发展与生态安全耦合协调分析——以安徽省淮南市为例

摘要 在我国提出实现碳达峰碳中和的远景目标下,分析煤矿资源型城市经济发展与土地生态安全的耦合协调关系具有重要意义。据淮南市的特点,建立经济发展和DPSIR模型的土地生态安全评估指标体系,选取2010—2019年相关数据,基于熵权法计算二者的综合评价值,并通过耦合协调模型测算分析二者的耦合协调程度。结果表明淮南市2010—2019年经济发展呈上升趋势。土地生态安全呈先上升后略有降低的趋势,且在2015年开始达到临界安全等级。耦合度C值和耦合协调度D值均呈上升态势,耦合程度协调关系分别实现了由微弱耦合到高度耦合、由高度失调到优质协调的改变。但近年来淮南市发展仍为土地生态滞后型,应继续优化薄弱环节,实现绿色可持续发展。 Under the long-term goal of realizing carbon peak and carbon neutralization in China,it is of great significance to analyze the coupled and coordinated relationship between the economic development and land ecological security in coal mining resource-based cities.Drawing lessons from previous studies,a comprehensive economic development evaluation index system and a land ecological security assessment index system applying the DPSIR model are established according to the specific situation of Huainan city,and relevant statistical data from 2010—2019 are selected to calculate the comprehensive evaluation value of the two based on the entropy weight method,and the degree of coupling and coordination of the two is measured and analyzed by the coupling and coordination model.The research results show that the comprehensive evaluation value of economic development in Huainan City from 2010 to 2019 shows an upward trend in general,and the overall comprehensive evaluation value of land ecological security shows a trend of continuous increase first and then a slight decrease on the whole,and starts to reach the state of critical security in 2015.Both the coupling degree C value and the coupling coordination degree D value maintained an upward trend as a whole,the coupling degree gradually changes from weak coupling to high coupling,and the quality of coordination gradually changed from high imbalance to high-quality coordination.At this stage,the comprehensive value of economic development is greater than the comprehensive evaluation value of land ecological security,Huainan City has transformed into a land ecological lagging type,and the gap between economy and ecology has widened in these two years,so the relationship between economic development and land ecological security should be coordinated in time,and the weak link should continue to be optimized to realize the sustainable development of Huainan City.
