高校档案部门勤工助学大学生保密能力的提升途径

Ways to Improve the Confidentiality Ability of Work-study Students in Archives Departments of Colleges and Universities

为提高高校档案管理部门工作效率、缓解专职档案管理人员工作压力,引入大学生勤工助学已成为重要手段,但大学生保密能力不足的问题,又极大地增加了高校档案失密、泄密的风险。以X大学档案部门为例,充分调查勤工助学大学生的保密意识、保密知识和保密技能现状,从制度建设、职责设定和教育培训三方面构建保密能力提升途径体系并在实践中检验改进,以降低高校档案管理安全风险,规范和保障高校档案部门以及其他部门的勤工助学管理工作。

Work-study mode for college students has become an important means to improve the work efficiency of archives departments and relieve the working pressure of full-time archives personnel.However,it also faces the problem of insufficient confidentiality ability of college students,which greatly increases the risk of losing and revealing the confidentiality of college archives.Therefore,taking X university archives as example,fully investigating the status of their confidentiality awareness,knowledge and skills,this paper puts forward a system of ways to improve the confidentiality ability from the aspects of system construction,resetting and education&training.Then the system is tested and improved in practice to reduce the security risks,standardize and guarantee the work-study management of archives and other departments.
