长三角地区数字普惠金融对城乡收入差距的影响——基于空间计量模型的实证研究

The Influence of Digital Inclusive Finance on Urban-rural Income Gap in Yangtze River Delta Region——Empirical Research Based on Spatial Econometric Model

长三角地区城乡收入分配格局的优化对我国经济发展至关重要,当前数字普惠金融的发展对于城乡收入差距的影响仍有所争议,文章基于空间计量模型分析了长三角地区41个城市的数字普惠金融对城乡收入差距的影响。研究结果表明:(1)长三角地区41个城市之间的数字普惠金融与城乡收入差距之间有显著的“高高聚集”“低低聚集”的空间依赖性。(2)目前长三角地区的数字普惠金融没有起到缩小城乡差距的作用,且纬度分解中造成收入扩大的主要原因是覆盖广度。因此,政府应制定差异化政策,因地制宜,加大数字普惠金融工具的创新而不是一味增加覆盖程度。

The optimization of the urban-rural income distribution pattern in the Yangtze River Delta is critical to our country’s economic development.The current development of digital inclusive finance is still controversial on the impact of the urban-rural income gap.Based on spatial measurement model,the paper analyzes the impact of digital inclusive finance on the urban-rural income gap in 41 major cities in the Yangtze River Delta.The results show that:(1)Digital financial inclusion among 41 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region and the income gap between urban and rural areas have a significant spatial dependence between“high-high aggregation”and“low-low aggregation”.(2)At present,digital financial inclusion in the Yangtze River Delta has not played a role in narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,and the main reason for the expansion of incomes in the latitude breakdown is the extent of coverage.Therefore,the government should formulate differentiated policies,adapt measures to local conditions and increase innovation in digital inclusive financial tools instead of blindly increasing coverage.
