达克罗宁胶浆用于乳牙拔除临床观察

目的观察达克罗宁胶浆用于乳牙拔除的效果。方法选取在医院门诊行乳牙拔除的患儿356例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各178例。分别于拔牙前5~10 min用饱和的盐酸达克罗宁胶浆棉片(试验组)和饱和的利多卡因乳膏棉片(对照组)湿敷于需拔除乳牙冠周牙龈黏膜。结果试验组耐受性、麻醉效果和口腔感觉明显优于对照组;两组皆无明显不良反应。结论达克罗宁胶浆麻醉作用较利多卡因乳膏强,药效发挥快,口腔感觉适宜,患儿依从性好,且无明显不良反应,临床操作安全,使用方便、经济,为临床乳牙拔除术提供了良好的方法。

Objective To observe the effect of dyclonine mucilage in the treatment of primary tooth extraction.Methods A total of 356 children underwent primary tooth extraction in the outpatient department of the hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,178 cases in each group.5-10 min before tooth extraction,the periodontal gingival mucosa of primary teeth was wet applied with Saturated Dacronin Hydrochloride Mucilage Tablets(experimental group)and Saturated Lidocaine Cream Cotton Tablets(control group).Results The tolerance,anesthetic effect and oral sensation of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group.There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion The anesthetic effect of dyclonine mucilage is better than that of lidocaine cream.It has the advantages of fast drug effect,appropriate oral feeling,good compliance of children,no obvious adverse reactions,safe clinical operation,convenient and economical use.It provides a good method for clinical primary tooth extraction.
