阴道B超评估子宫内膜形态与试管婴儿妊娠相关性研究

目的探讨阴道B超检查评估女性子宫内膜形态与试管婴儿妊娠间的关系。方法选取医院2018年1月至2020年12月接受试管婴儿的女性60例,根据是否妊娠将其分为试验组与对照组,各30例。结果注射人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)后,试验组子宫内膜厚度小于7 mm的0例,子宫内膜厚度大于10 mm的16例,子宫内膜厚度大于12 mm的14例;对照组子宫内膜厚度小于7 mm的5例,子宫内膜厚度大于10 mm的18例,子宫内膜厚度大于12 mm的7例。子宫内膜小于7 mm的患者差异显著(P<0.05)。结论试管婴儿妊娠率与子宫内膜形态存在密切联系,可通过阴道B超检查评估,提高预测效果。

Objective To investigate the relationship between vaginal B-ultrasound evaluation of female endometrial morphology and in vitro fertilisation(IVF)pregnancy.Methods A total of 60 women who received IVF in the hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to whether they were pregnant or not,30 cases in each group.Results After injection with HCG,none patient with endometrial thickness less than 7 mm,16 patients with endometrial thickness more than 10 mm and 14 patients with endometrial thickness more than 12 mm in the experimental group.There were 5 patients with endometrial thickness less than 7 mm,18 patients with endometrial thickness more than 10 mm and 7 patients with endometrial thickness more than 12 mm in the control group.There was a difference when the endometrium was less than 7 mm(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a close relationship between IVF pregnancy rate and endometrial morphology,which can be evaluated by vaginal B-ultrasound to improve the prediction effect.
