胫骨平台骨折术后早期康复护理效果评价

目的探讨胫骨平台骨折术后早期康复护理的效果。方法选取2019年10月至2020年10月在医院接受手术治疗的胫骨平台骨折患者74例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各37例。观察组患者应用早期康复护理措施,对照组患者应用常规护理。结果观察组患者的平均住院时间、骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的膝关节功能评分、护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胫骨平台骨折患者术后实施早期康复护理措施,能提升护理体验,有利于患者病情康复。

Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation nursing after operation of tibial plateau fracture.Methods A total of 74 patients with tibial plateau fractures who underwent surgical treatment in the hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,37 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with early rehabilitation nursing measures,while the patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing.Results The average hospital stay and fracture healing time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the knee function score and nursing satisfaction score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing measures for patients with tibial plateau fracture after operation can bring better nursing experience and it is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
