全程优质护理对腹腔镜肝切除术后患者康复效果的影响

目的探讨全程优质护理对腹腔镜肝切除术后患者康复效果的影响。方法选取医院2019年8月至2020年8月收治的行腹腔镜肝切除术患者90例,根据护理方法的不同分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组患者予常规护理,观察组患者予全程优质护理。结果观察组患者术后并发症发生率为8.89%,显著低于对照组的35.36%(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔肝切除术患者予全程优质护理,能有效降低术后并发症发生率,缩短康复时间,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of whole process high-quality nursing on the rehabilitation of patients after laparoscopic hepatectomy.Methods A total of 90 patients with laparoscopic hepatectomy admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different nursing methods,45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and the patients in the observation group were given whole process high-quality nursing.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 8.89%,which was significantly lower than 35.36%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole process high-quality nursing for patients undergoing abdominal hepatectomy can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,shorten the rehabilitation time and improve the quality of life of patients.
