综合护理用于小儿无痛胃镜检查效果评价

目的分析小儿行无痛胃镜检查时实施综合护理的效果。方法选取2019年10月至2020年10月在医院接受无痛胃镜检查的患儿72例,分为观察组和对照组,各36例。观察组患儿接受综合护理,对照组患儿接受常规护理,对比两组的护理效果。结果观察组患儿的护理满意度为94.44%,明显高于对照组的80.56%(P<0.05);观察组患儿的平均检查时间为(7.42±1.15)min,明显短于对照组的(11.69±2.37)min(P<0.05)。结论小儿无痛胃镜检查中实施综合护理,有利于缩短检查时间,提升护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on painless gastroscopy in children.Methods A total of 72 children who underwent painless gastroscopy in the hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were divided into the observation group and the control group,36 cases in each group.The observation group received comprehensive nursing and the control group received routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 94.44%,which was significantly higher than 80.56%in the control group(P<0.05).The average examination time of children in the observation group was(7.42±1.15)min,which was significantly shorter than(11.69±2.37)min in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing in painless gastroscopy in children is helpful to shorten the examination time and improve nursing satisfaction.
