沟通技巧对儿科护理满意度和护患纠纷发生率的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析沟通技巧用于儿科护理对护理满意度及护患纠纷发生率的影响。方法选取医院儿科2019年8月至2021年2月收治的患儿140例,随机分为对照组(予常规护理)和观察组(予含沟通技巧的儿科护理),各70例,对比两组患儿对护理工作的满意度及护患纠纷发生率。结果观察组患儿对护理工作的总满意度为97.14%,显著高于对照组的71.43%(P<0.05);观察组患儿护患纠纷发生率为1.43%,明显低于对照组的24.29%(P<0.05)。结论儿科护理沟通技巧的应用效果较好,能有效提高护理满意度,减少护患纠纷及进一步提高护理质量。 Objective To analyze the effect of communication skills on nursing satisfaction and the incidence of nurse-patient disputes in pediatric nursing.Methods A total of 140 children in pediatric department from August 2019 to February 2021 were randomly divided into the control group(routine nursing)and the observation group(pediatric nursing with communication skills),70 cases in each group.The satisfaction with nursing work and the incidence of nurse-patient disputes between the two groups were compared.Results The total satisfaction of children in the observation group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than 71.43%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nurse patient disputes in the observation group was 1.43%,which was significantly lower than 24.29%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of pediatric nursing communication skills is good,which can effectively improve nursing satisfaction,reduce nurse-patient disputes and further improve nursing quality.
