集束化护理用于踝关节骨折患者效果评价

目的探讨集束化护理在踝关节骨折患者中的应用效果。方法选取医院2018年10月至2019年10月收治的踝关节骨折患者74例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各37例。观察组应用集束化护理,对照组应用常规护理。结果观察组患者术后恢复情况、患者护理满意度评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理在踝关节骨折患者护理中可缓解患者病情,促进患者骨折愈合,提升护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of cluster nursing in patients with ankle fracture.Methods A total of 74 patients with ankle fracture treated in the hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,37 cases in each group.The observation group was given cluster nursing,while the control group was given routine nursing.Results The postoperative recovery and nursing satisfaction score of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing in the nursing of patients with ankle fracture can alleviate the condition of patients,promote fracture healing and improve nursing satisfaction.
