基于肠道菌群探讨清肝化痰法干预原发性高血压的作用机制

Discussion on the mechanism of intervention of liver-clearing and phlegm-resolving therapy on essential hypertension based on intestinal flora

肝火亢盛夹痰是原发性高血压的重要病机关键,临床应用清肝化痰法治疗原发性高血压多能够取得良好疗效,但作用机制尚未完全阐明。近年来,大量研究证实,肠道菌群在原发性高血压的发生发展过程中起着不可忽视的作用。现代中医药理论研究表明,肝、脾功能失常与肠道微生物菌群失调密切相关。本文阐述了清肝化痰法治疗原发性高血压的现代理论基础,并基于肠道菌群理论探索清肝化痰方药治疗高血压效应机制,以期找到治疗高血压的新思路和研究方向。

The overabundant liver-fire and phlegm syndrome is the key to the pathogenesis of essential hypertension.Clinical application of liver-clearing and phlegm-resolving therapy can achieve good results in treating essential hypertension,but the mechanism has not been fully clarified.In recent years,a large number of studies have confirmed that intestinal flora plays an important role in the occurrence and development of essential hypertension.Modern theoretical researches of traditional Chinese medicine show that the dysfunction of liver and spleen is closely related to the imbalance of intestinal microbial flora.In this paper,the modern theoretical basis of liver-clearing and phlegm-resolving therapy in treating essential hypertension was expounded,and the mechanism of liver-clearing and phlegm-resolving prescription in treating hypertension was explored based on intestinal flora theory,in order to find new ideas and research directions for treating hypertension.
