罗定地区育龄妇女TORCH定量检测结果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析罗定地区育龄妇女的TORCH检测结果,了解该地区育龄妇女TORCH的感染现状及流行特点。方法选取2019年6月至2021年5月在罗定市人民医院进行TORCH定量检测的3707例育龄妇女作为研究对象,采用化学发光免疫分析(CLIA)法检测血清中弓形虫、巨细胞病毒、风疹病毒和单纯疱疹病毒的IgM和IgG抗体,分析检测结果。结果3707例受检育龄妇女TORCH-IgM抗体总体感染率为5.31%(197/3707);IgM阳性率最高为HSVⅠ-IgM,占1.53%(56/3663),其次为RV-IgM,占1.24%(45/3636);存在混合性近期感染现象;IgG阳性率最高为CMV-IgG,占95.45%(1589/1664),其次为HSVⅠ-IgG,占80.68%(1549/1920)。低、适、高年龄组RV-IgM、CMV-IgG和HSV(Ⅰ、Ⅱ型)IgM、IgG阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但低龄组TOX-IgM、IgG阳性率高于另外两组,高龄组CMV-IgM、RV-IgG阳性率高于另外两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本地区育龄妇女TORCH感染率较高,TORCH筛查仍有必要。 Objective To analyze the detection results of TORCH in women of childbearing age in Luoding,so as to understand the status quo and epidemiological characteristics of TORCH infection in women of childbearing age in this region.Methods A total of 3707 women of childbearing age who underwent quantitative TORCH testing in Luoding People’s Hospital from June 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and the chemiluminescence immunoassay(CLIA)method was used to detect toxoplasma gondii,cytomegalovirus and rubella virus in serum and the IgM and IgG antibodies of herpes simplex virus,and analyze the test results.Results The overall infection rate of TORCH-IgM antibodies in 3707 women of childbearing age was 5.31%(197/3707).HSV I-IgM had the highest IgM positivity rate of 1.53%(56/3663),followed by RV-IgM of 1.24%(45/3636).There was a mixed infection recently.CMV-IgG had the highest IgG positivity rate of 95.45%(1589/1664),followed by HSVⅠ-IgG of 80.68%(1549/1920).There were no significant differences in the positivity rates of RV-IgM,CMV-IgG and HSV(typeⅠandⅡ)-IgM and HSV(typeⅠandⅡ)-IgG among the low,moderate and high age groups(P>0.05).However,the positivity rates of TOX-IgM and TOX-IgG in the low age group were higher than those in the other two groups,and the positivity rates of CMV-IgM and RV-IgG in the high age group were higher than those in the other two groups,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The rate of TORCH infection in women of childbearing age in this region is high,and TORCH screening is still necessary.
