摘要
研究了低合金高强钢500 MPa级性能稳定性,对冷轧退火后成品距带钢头部不同位置进行取样检验,分析性能变化趋势,研究了热轧工艺卷取温度以及冷轧连退温度对低合金500 MPa级高强钢性能和组织的影响。最终制定合理的热轧和冷轧工艺参数使500 MPa级低合金高强钢通卷性能更加稳定,使产品性能指标更优,在冲压过程中更好地达到客户使用要求。
In this paper,the performance stability of low-alloy high-strength steel at 500 MPa is studied.The middle and tail of the finished strip after cold rolling and annealing are sampled and tested,and the trend of performance changes is found.Influence of steel properties and structure.Finally,the reasonable hot-rolling and cold-rolling process parameters are formulated to make the 500 MPa grade low-alloy high-strength steel through-roll performance more stable,so that the product can better meet customer requirements in the stamping process.
