摘要
采用OM与EMPA对890℃不同保温时间下22MnB5淬火后组织与元素分布进行观察与表征,同时结合力学性能与硬度试验研究了保温时间其组织与力学特征的影响。结果表明,试验钢22MnB5在奥氏体化温度890℃、保温360 s淬火后具有良好的强塑性匹配。保温时间过短会造成奥氏体化均匀性下降,从而导致最终淬透组织力学性能不足,而保温时间过长则造成晶粒粗化材料力学性能降低,同时奥氏体化保温时间长短对C元素分布影响较大。
In this paper,OM and EMPA are used to observe and characterize the structure and element distribution of 22MnB5 quenched at different holding times at 890℃,and the effect of holding time on the microstructure and mechanical characteristics was studied by combining mechanical properties and hardness experiments.The results show that the experimental steel 22MnB5 has good strong plasticity matching after quenching at austenitizing temperature of 890℃and holding for 360 s.Too short holding time will lead to the decrease of austenitizing uniformity,resulting in the final mechanical properties of quenched tissue is insufficient,while too long holding time will lead to the mechanical properties of grain coarser material is reduced,and the austenitizing holding time has a great influence on the distribution of C element.
