大型原油储罐钢12MnNiVR在线淬火工艺生产实践

摘要 利用热模拟实验机、光学显微镜和力学实验机,研究了大型原油储罐钢12MnNiVR钢在线淬火的冷却临界冷速以及在线淬火+离线回火态显微金相组织和力学性能指标。首钢京唐公司依托超快冷设备高冷却强度的特点实现了12MnNiVR钢在线淬火工艺生产实践。钢板经在线淬火+离线回火工艺后钢板板型良好,钢板头、中、尾抗拉强度最大差值36 MPa,-20℃夏氏比冲击功>150 J,各项力学性能指标良好。 The critical cooling rate of direct quenching of 12MnNiVR steel for large crude oil storage tank and the microstructure and mechanical properties of direct quenching and off-line tempering were studied by using thermal simulation test machine,optical microscope and mechanical test machine.Relying on the characteristics of high cooling intensity of ultrafast cooling equipment,Shougang Jingtang has realized the production practice of direct quenching process of 12MnNiVR steel.After direct quenching and off-line tempering process,the steel plate has good shape,the maximum difference of tensile strength of steel plate head,middle and tail is 36 MPa,and the Charpy impact energy at-20℃is greater than 150 J.All mechanical properties are good,realizing the production mode of low cost and low energy consumption.
