摘要 过敏性疾病发病率逐年增长,严重威胁人类健康,明确过敏性疾病的发病机制,发现安全有效的诊疗药物和方案是目前要解决的关键问题。长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNAs,lncRNAs)大小超过200个碱基,异常表达的lncRNA能够通过调节基因表达参与许多关键的细胞过程,如生长、分化和凋亡。lncRNAs在癌症等多种疾病的病理过程,尤其在免疫细胞以及免疫微环境调控方面越来越受到关注。近年研究发现,lncRNAs在过敏性疾病的发病机制中扮演重要角色,特异性的lncRNA有望成为过敏性疾病诊断和治疗的新靶点。 The incidence of allergic diseases has been increasing year by year,which threatens human health to a greater extent.The key issues to be solved at present are to clarify the pathogenesis of allergic diseases and to find safe and effective drugs and programs for its diagnosis and treatment.Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)are larger than 200 nucleotides.Abnormally expressed lncRNAs are involved in many key cellular processes,such as growth,differentiation,and apoptosis.LncRNAs have attracted more and more research attention in the pathological process of cancer and other diseases,especially in the regulation of immune cells and immune microenvironment.Recent studies have found that lncRNAs play an important role in the pathogenesis of allergic diseases,and specific lncRNAs are expected to become a new target for the diagnosis and treatment of allergic diseases.
