基于可靠性评估的电力系统优化运行方法研究

摘要 我国的电力系统随着电力技术的不断发展逐渐完善,形成较为成熟的电力调配结构,但是在实际应用的过程中由于各种因素的影响,导致其可靠性较低。因此,对基于可靠性评估的电力系统优化运行方法进行分析与研究。在可靠性评估背景下优化运行目标函数,依据不确定因素的可靠评价数学运行模型构建,进行随机潮流矩阵的设计,利用多目标粒子法实现电力系统优化运行设计。最终的测试结果表明:在不同的电力系统运行恒功率范围下,对比于传统的多元并列运行方法,所设计的优化运行方法最终得出的故障率相对更低,说明优化运行的效果更佳,误差值也较低,具有一定的应用意义。 With the continuous development of power technology,China’s power system has gradually improved and formed a more mature power allocation structure.However,in the process of practical application,due to the influence of various factors,its reliability is low.Therefore,the optimal operation method of power system based on reliability evaluation is analyzed and studied.At the same time,according to the reliability evaluation mathematical operation model of uncertain factors,the random power flow matrix is designed,and the multi-objective particle method is used to realize the optimal operation design of power system.The final test results show that under different constant power ranges of power system operation,compared with the traditional multiple parallel operation methods,the fault rate of the optimized operation method designed in this paper is relatively lower,indicating that the effect of optimized operation is better and the error value is lower,which has certain application significance.
