牛奶中β-内酰胺类药物检测研究进展

Research Progress in Detection ofβ-lactam Drugs in Milk

β-内酰胺类药物是自然界发现最早、应用最广泛的一类广谱抗生素。在奶牛养殖业中普遍存在,对治疗奶牛乳房炎、子宫内膜炎、口蹄疫、酮病、蹄病、牛流行热等有良好疗效。随着饲养规模的扩大和饲养密度的增加,一些养殖户对β-内酰胺类药物的过度使用造成多重药物耐药、残留蓄积毒性、环境污染等问题。文章从应用现状、作用机理、残留危害以及检测方法等方面介绍了β-内酰胺类药物的研究进展,重点强调了目前β-内酰胺类药物残留检测常用的仪器方法。

β-lactam drugs are the earliest and most widely used class of broad-spectrum antibiotics.It is prevalent in the dairy cattle breeding industry and has a good effect on the treatment of mastitis,endometritis,foot-and-mouth disease,ketosis,hoof disease,and bovine epidemic fever in dairy cows.With the expansion of breeding scale and the increase of breeding density,the excessive use ofβ-lactam drugs has caused some problems,such as multi-drug resistance,residual accumulated toxicity,environmental pollution,etc.In this paper,the research progress ofβ-lactam drugs is introduced from the aspects of application status,mechanism of action,residual hazards and detection methods,focusing on the commonly used LC-MS methods for the de tection ofβ-lactam drugs residues.
