摘要 为优化皮革填料配比和填充工艺,以经过铬复鞣的蓝湿革为原料皮,选用蛋白填料、合成鞣剂、合成树脂以及植物鞣剂等为填充材料,以增厚率、填充废液的COD以及填充后坯革的感官性能、撕裂强度、热性能等为评价指标,采用均匀设计法进行优化,并对优化方案进行验证。结果表明,当蛋白填料用量为1.62%、合成鞣剂用量为0.5%、合成树脂用量为3.38%、植物鞣剂用量为0.5%时,填充后坯革的感官性能、物理性能、耐热性能等均较好,填充综合效果最好。这为皮革填充工艺的生态设计与应用提供了新依据。 To optimize the filler ratio and filling process,the chrome-retanned wet-blue leather was used as raw material,the protein fillers,synthetic tanning agents,synthetic resins and vegetable tannin extract were selected as filler,and the thickening rate,COD of waste liquid,sensory performance,tearing strength and thermal performance of the filled crust leather as evaluation indicators,the uniform design method was used to optimize,and the optimized solution was verified.The results showed that when protein filler is 1.62%,synthetic tanning agent is 0.5%,synthetic resin is 3.38%,and tanning extract is 0.5%,the sensory properties,physical properties and heat resistance are better,and the comprehensive filling effect is the best,which provides a new basis for the development and application of ecological leather filling technology.
