成对电解两级氧化工艺脱除烟气中NO_(x)的研究

摘要 在隔膜电化学反应器中,通过成对电解同时获得阳极活性氯溶液和阴极H_(2)O_(2)溶液,实现了对烟气中NO_(x)的两级氧化脱除。通过实验验证成对电解所构建的两级氧化的脱除效果,并对影响装置NO_(x)脱除率的各种因素进行了研究。结果表明,成对电解能够高效脱除烟气中的NO_(x);在阴极空气流量为1 L/min、电流密度为1.5 mA/cm^(2)、烟气NO质量浓度为1000 mg/m^(3)、烟气流量为0.5 L/min的条件下运行60 min,获得了对NO_(x) 95.6%的脱除率。 Anode electrolyte containing active chlorine and cathode electrolyte containing H_(2)O_(2) are simultaneously obtained by paired electrolysis in a divided electrolytic cell,by which a two-stage oxidation process for removing NO_(x) in flue gas are constructed.Experiments are carried out to verify the enhancement effect of two-stage oxidation removal of NO_(x) by the paired electrolysis.Factors that affect NO_(x) removal efficiency of the device are discussed.The results show that the paired electrolysis can efficiently remove NO_(x) from flue gas.The removal efficiency of NO_(x) can reach 95.6%in 60 min when the flow rate of air at cathode is 1 L·min^(-1),current density is 1.5 mA·cm^(-2),NO concentration in flue gas is 1000 mg·m^(-3),and the flow rate of flue gas is 0.5 L·min^(-1).
