低压电解水臭氧发生器控制系统设计

摘要 目的:设计低压电解水臭氧发生器控制系统,为高效、低能耗臭氧发生器的研制提供技术支持。方法:结合低压电解水制备臭氧工艺,以PIC18F4520单片机为控制核心进行系统设计,整个控制系统包括膜电极组件(membrane electrode assembly,MEA)驱动、水位监测与报警、臭氧质量浓度监测及人机交互等功能单元。采用MPLAB X软件和C语言对PIC18F4520单片机进行编程。结果:经测试,该系统实现了对臭氧发生器的自动控制,可达到监测水位和精确控制臭氧质量浓度的目的。结论:该系统操作简单、工作性能稳定,对低功耗下高效臭氧发生技术的研究以及便携化臭氧消毒装置的研制具有重要的借鉴意义。 Objective To design a control system to facilitate the development of a high-efficiency low-power-consumption ozone generator.Methods The control system had a PIC18F4520 microcontroller as the core unit with considerations on the technique of preparing ozone by low voltage electrolysis water,which was composed of several function units for membrane electrode assembly(MEA)driving,water level monitoring and alarm,ozone concentration monitoring and human-computer interaction.The PIC18F4520 microcontroller was programmed using MPLAB X software and C language.Results It's proved that the control system designed achieved automatic control of the ozone generator for the purpose of monitoring the water level and precisely controlling the ozone concentration.Conclusion The control system designed with easy operation and high stability is of significance for the research on low-power and high-efficiency ozone generation technology and the development of portable ozone disinfection devices.
