一种叩诊训练辅助装置的研制

摘要 目的:研制一种叩诊训练辅助装置,以客观评估、规范叩诊手法,提高学生叩诊的准确度。方法:叩诊训练辅助装置主要由数据采集模块、数据处理模块、模型生成模块、控制模块等构成,通过收集高年资医师/教师叩诊参数,建立叩诊动作模型。选取60名医学生作为观察组,应用叩诊训练辅助装置进行叩诊训练,另选取60名条件相当的医学生作为对照组,进行传统教学方式的叩诊训练,并对2组训练效果进行比较。采用SPSS 22.0软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果:使用该装置辅助训练的医学生在平均准确率和合格率上优于传统教学方式,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:叩诊训练辅助装置具有测量、评估和教学的功能,体积小、操作简便、经济实用,在检体诊断教学中具有一定的应用价值,值得推广使用。 Objective To develop a percussion training aid to objectively assess and standardize the percussion manipulation and improve the accuracy of students'percussion.Methods A percussion training aid was developed with the components of a data acquisition module,a data processing module,a model generation module,a control module and etc.A percussion action model was established by collecting the percussion parameters of some senior teachers/doctors.Sixty medical students were enrolled into an observation group for percussion training with the percussion training aid,and another 60 medical students with comparable conditions were included into a control group for percussion training with the traditional teaching method,and the training effects of the two groups were compared.SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results The medical students trained with the aid developed had higher average accuracy and pass rates than those with the traditional method,with all differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The percussion training aid developed with small size,easy operation and low cost has the functions of measurement,assessment and teaching,and thus is worthy promoting in physical diagnosis teaching.
