野外多功能可拆卸式肢体清创手术台的研制与应用

Development and application of field multifunctional detachable limb debridement operating table

目的:研制一种主要用于野外肢体创伤手术用的清创手术台。方法:该清创手术台由铰接卡件、台面板、支撑板、污液袋组成,通过铰接卡件在手术床沿侧杆铰接可折叠式手术台面板,在台面板上安装漏斗形污液袋。制作材料包括不锈钢板、绝缘板、防水帆布。对传统清创手术车和该清创手术台使用过程中调节清创台高度时所需参与的人数、医护人员使用的满意度及清洗消毒效果进行比较。结果:该清创手术台使用过程中调节高度时需要的人数明显少于传统清创车,医护满意度明显高于传统清创车。而且使用后清洗、消毒较传统清创车更便捷、彻底,解决了清创台清洗消毒时污液外流污染地面环境及清洁不彻底等问题。结论:该清创手术台结构简单、固定牢固,具有可拆卸、可折叠功能,在野外特殊条件下可避免交叉感染发生,适合临床及野外批量创伤肢体清创手术使用。

Objective To develop a limb debridement operation table for field application.Methods The limb debridement operating table was composed of an articulated clamp,a table top,a support plate and a contamination bag,which was made of stainless steel plate,insulated plate and waterproof canvas.The table top was hinged with a side bar by means of the articulating clamp,on which the funnel-shaped contamination bag was fitted.The number of people involved in adjusting the height of the debridement table,the satisfaction of the medical staff and the disinfection results were compared between the traditional debridement trolley and the debridement operating table.Results The debridement operating table behaved better than the traditional debridement trolley in the number of people involved in adjusting the height of the debridement table,the satisfaction of the medical staff and the disinfection results,and the problems of contaminated ground environment and incomplete disinfection were solved with the operating table.Conclusion The debridement operating table has a simple,detachable and foldable structure and can be fixed firmly,which can avoid cross-infection under special conditions,and is worthy promoting for limb debridement of mass casualty in the field.
