不同工艺参数下旋转弯管的成形性能仿真分析

摘要 传统空心构件弯曲成形方法(如拉弯成形、压弯成形、推弯成形和绕弯成形等)以及近年兴起的三维自由弯曲成形技术一次仅能加工一根管件,这些弯曲方法难以成形具有三维回转特征的管件,而且加工效率逐渐跟不上工业应用需求。本文对空间管件定/转子式回转弯曲成形技术成形的管材进行有限元仿真,分析在不同工艺参数下成形后的管材残余应力和减薄率,进而得到较好的工艺参数。 Traditional forming method of hollow components(such as strech bending forming,press bending forming,push bending forming and rotary bending,etc.)and 3D free forming technology raised in recent years can only process one tube at a time.The bending methods are difficult to form pipe fittings with 3D rotation characteristics and machining efficiency gradually couldn′t meet the demand of industrial applications.In this paper,the finite element simulation is used to simulate the tube formed by space pipe fitting fixed/rotor-type rotary bending forming technology,and the influence of different process parameters on the residual stress and thinning rate of the tube after forming is analyzed,so that better process parameters in engineering can be obtained.
