加热制度对40CrNiMoA圆钢除鳞效果的影响

摘要 针对国内某钢厂首次生产40CrNiMoA时采用高温加热工艺,除鳞效果差,导致棒材表面凹坑缺陷严重,需要滚磨及报废处理,影响精整周期增加成本。通过金相及电镜分析,40CrNiMoA氧化皮中富集的Ni金属丝粘连氧化皮与基体,为除鳞效果差的主要原因,通过降低加热温度,成功改善除鳞效果,提升棒材表面质量。 In the first production of 40CrNiMoA in a special steel plant,the high temperature heating process was adopted,and the descaling effect was poor,resulting in serious pit defects on the bar surface,which required rolling grinding and scrapping treatment,which affected the finishing cycle and increased the cost.According to metallographic and electron microscope analysis,the Ni wire enriched in the scale of 40CrNiMoA adheres to the scale and the substrate,which is the main reason for the poor descaling effect.By reducing the heating temperature,the descaling effect is successfully improved and the surface quality of the bar is improved.
