LF炉精炼造白渣工艺研究与实践

摘要 由于用户对钢材质量的要求越来越高,LF炉精炼是提高钢材质量的主要途径之一,可以有效提高现有炼钢厂的钢材质量。在LF炉精炼过程中,科学合理的白渣制备工艺可以改善炉外钢中稳定的还原气氛,快速达到脱氧脱硫的目的,也可以采用白渣制备工艺。在精炼过程中,吸收钢中的碎屑,并控制碎屑的相关形状,白泡沫渣的效率和我们所形成的热效率相对较高,从而在一定程度上降低了钢耐火材料的相应腐蚀能力。我国大多数钢铁产品都是在原白渣的生产过程中,规定了如何稳定、快速地生产白泡沫渣、脱氧、破碎、控制温度等相关精炼步骤。在一定程度上可以充分发挥高炉精炼的作用。 Due to the increasing requirements of users for steel quality,LF furnace refining is one of the main ways to improve steel quality.It can effectively improve the steel quality of existing steelmaking plants.In the refining process of LF furnace,scientific and reasonable white slag preparation process can improve the stable reduction atmosphere in the steel outside the furnace and quickly achieve the main purpose of deoxidation and desulfurization.White slag preparation process can also be used.During the refining process,it absorbs crumbs in the steel and controls the related shapes of the chips.The efficiency of the white foamed slag and the thermal efficiency formed by us are relatively high,thus reducing the corresponding corrosion capacity of the steel refractories to a certain extent.Most steel products in China are in the production process of raw white slag,and how to stabilize and quickly produce white foam slag,deoxidation,crushing,control temperature and other related refining steps.To a certain extent,it can give full play to the role of blast furnace refining.
