摘要
为提升CO_(2)热泵系统的综合性能,提出了一种新型电动汽车用中间冷却式CO_(2)热泵系统,并试验对比了其与基本跨临界CO_(2)系统的性能。结果显示:35℃制冷工况下,中间冷却式系统的性能与基本系统相当;45℃制冷工况下,中间冷却式系统的最大制冷量和最优性能系数较基本系统分别提升了19.8%和12.8%;制热工况下,中间冷却系统的制热量较基本系统提高50%~132%,性能系数改善18.9%~61.9%。
In order to improve the cooling and heating performance comprehensively,this paper proposes a novel CO_(2)heat pump system with intermediate cooling for electric vehicles and compares its performance with the basic CO_(2)transcritical system experimentally.The result shows that the performance of the system with intermediate cooling is comparable to the basic system under cooling condition at 35℃,and the intermediate cooling technology contributes to 19.8%increment in the maximum cooling capacity and 12.5%improvement in the optimal coefficient of performance over the basic system under 45℃cooling condition.For the heating mode,compared with the basic system,the intermediate cooling system contributes to 50%~132%increment in the heating capacity and 18.9%~61.9%improvement in coefficient of performance.
